Hyderabad: In a swift response to their pre-election commitments, the newly formed Congress government in Telangana wasted no time in initiating the implementation of two schemes within just two days of assuming office, coinciding with Sonia Gandhi’s birthday. However, the ambitious goal of fulfilling all promises within the first 100 days poses formidable challenges.
Speaking to the media, senior ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and Uttam Kumar Reddy discussed about the hurdles and prospects that lie ahead for the government. Formerly, under the #BRSgovt, the treasury faced depletion. We plan to release a white paper exposing the circumstances that led to #TelanganaBankrupt. Uttam Kumar said “We will implement guarantees in 100 days, but BRS emptied coffers.”
