Ever since the project was announced two years ago, the team has been facing many stumbling blocks. Despite huge pressure from Mega fans, the makers of this Shankar directional are unable to clarify when the shooting formalities will be completed and when it will hit the screens.
To pacify fans, the team finally came up with an update a few days back. They officially announced that the first single from this highly anticipated project will be out very soon. With the Diwali festival around the corner, it was expected that the song would be out this weekend. However, it seems like the team is going to cause another huge embarrassment with its poor planning.
Sources revealed that the first single ‘ Jaragandi’ might not be out for Diwali as Thaman wanted to record it again with new singers. This folk song was leaked a few days ago and went viral on all social media platforms. The production house quickly clarified that the leaked song was just a rough cut.
Now, Thaman replaced the original singers with Daler Mahendi to make it more perfect and exciting for listeners. The final version is yet to be readied. Hence, the song release is postponed indefinitely, as per close sources.
Reportedly, Shankar spent a bomb to make this song a visual treat in his signature style grand set-up. Unfortunately, the wait to get a glimpse of this song continues.
