CBI’s new corruption case against Lalu Prasad Yadav

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a corruption case against the former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family members for allegedly accepting plots of land in exchange for jobs during his tenure as Union Railway Minister. With respect to these charges, CBI conducted searches at 15 different residences on Friday. According to sources, the CBI has also charged Lalu’s daughter in the ‘land for railway job scam.’
