Tollywood Mega Hero Sai Dharam Tej who was injured in a bike accident earlier got fully recovered and released a video of Thank You Note for his fans. In the video, the actor thanked each and every fan and the directors, producers, and his family who supported and prayed for his recovery. He stated that he was ready for the shooting of his next film which will begin soon.
