Telangana Legislature’s Budget Session which begin from March 7, Monday started without the presence of Governor has creating a political stir from BJP and Congress parties. Reacting to this, Telangana state government has clarified that Governor’s address will not takes place since the budget session is a continuation of the previous budget session. But the Government’s office released a statement saying that if the Assembly session takes place after five months even with the continuation of the old session, it is considered as a new session.
