Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen is coming with a new attempt in his upcoming film “Laila,” which is scheduled for a Valentine’s Day release on February 14, 2025. Known for frequently making headlines, the actor once again found himself in the spotlight—this time due to a controversy unrelated to his own actions.
The issue arose after actor Prudhvi Raj’s indirect satirical remarks about the YSRCP political party, which led to calls for a boycott of Laila. In response, Vishwak swiftly addressed the situation through a press meet and apologized for Prudhvi’s comments. He urged not to let the controversy overshadow the film and the team’s hard work.
Adding an unexpected twist, shortly after the press meet, Vishwak shared a poster featuring a middle finger along with a cryptic caption referencing the ongoing controversy. He clarified that the posters were solely related to his film Laila.
The caption reads, “Every poster related to cinema is only related to my film. This was the first look of #SonuModel, released a month ago. The current red suit photo is also from the past. I can’t keep thinking twice before every poster or post I share about my film. He is #SonuModel—meet him in theaters on February 14.
He continued, “Using foul language on social media will take none of us anywhere. Every time, I hold back. Yesterday, I genuinely felt bad for those who were hurt and apologized. Spread love. Stop overthinking and start maintaining peace. #Laila #BocottTheBoycottLaila.”
He requested to keep politics separate from his film. However, his recent unwanted social media posts could spark further controversy, raising concerns about the impact on his film’s release.
