Peoples Media Factory, the production house behind the film, is exploring various release dates while prioritizing a solo release. The team aims to target the Bollywood market by securing a release window with minimal competition. Films such as Devara, Pushpa 2, and Kalki are being considered for their release timelines.
While a summer release now seems unlikely, the film’s team is eyeing a release during the Dussehra festival period. However, challenges remain, as Akanda 2 starring Balakrishna and Sambarala Etigattu featuring Sai Dharam Tej are both set for a September 25 release. These films could limit The Raja Saab’s opportunity to secure prime theater slots. Additionally, Kanthara Chapter 1 is scheduled for an October 2 release, generating significant anticipation.
Given these hurdles, the The Raja Saab team is now considering the Diwali season or another suitable solo release date. With the North market being a key focus for Prabhas, the team is carefully evaluating the release strategy.
