Tamil star Suriya has extended his congratulations to actor-producer Manchu Vishnu on the success of his ambitious film Kannappa. In a heartfelt gesture, Suriya sent a bouquet along with a personal congratulatory note, lauding Vishnu’s dedication and the film’s emotional impact.
“Big congratulations on this incredible milestone, brother Vishnu. Your passion, hard work, and belief have paid off. Proud of you for creating a film that has touched so many hearts,” Suriya said in his message. Vishnu, responding via social media, expressed his gratitude, saying, “Big brother Suriya! Thank you for your kind message. I always look to your films for inspiration. Receiving such a message from you is one of the greatest honours of my life.”
Meanwhile, Vishnu raised serious concerns over the piracy of Kannappa. He revealed that the film had been widely circulated illegally online and that over 30,000 unauthorised links had already been removed. “Dear cinema lovers, Kannappa has fallen victim to piracy. This is extremely disheartening. Piracy is theft — please do not support it. Encourage films through legal platforms,” he appealed.
