Ace filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli has appealed to Indian citizens to exercise utmost responsibility in matters concerning national security. In a public advisory issued on social media, he cautioned against photographing or recording any movements of the Indian Armed Forces, stressing that such actions could inadvertently aid enemy forces.
“If you happen to witness any military activity, do not take pictures or shoot videos. Sharing such content may unintentionally help adversaries,” Rajamouli warned.
He further advised against the blind forwarding of unverified news or information on social media. “Spreading unchecked information can create unnecessary panic and confusion, which is exactly what the enemy wants,” he said.
Calling for restraint and unity, the Baahubali director urged everyone to remain calm and positive during the prevailing situation. “Stay peaceful, alert, and optimistic. Victory will be ours,” he stated.
In a separate message, Rajamouli paid tribute to the Indian Armed Forces for their courage and dedication. “Salutations to the brave soldiers safeguarding our nation from terrorism. Let us be inspired by their valor and unite to build a peaceful, harmonious future,” he wrote.
The filmmaker’s remarks come at a time of heightened public discourse on national security, emphasizing the role of responsible citizenship in maintaining internal stability.
