Ram Gopal Varma’s remarks on Pawan Kalyan have once again drawn attention. Known for his controversial statements, the filmmaker made headlines during a recent college event while promoting his upcoming film *Saree*.
When asked whether he would consider directing a film with Pawan Kalyan, Varma responded, “Oh my God! I would never do that. Maybe after I die, my ghost might make a film with him—who knows?” He was also questioned about the possibility of working with Chiranjeevi, to which he replied, “I have no such plans at the moment.”
Varma is currently producing the psychological thriller *Saree* under his LLP banner, with businessman Ravi Shankar Varma backing the project. The film, directed by Varma’s assistant Giri Krishna Kamal, features Satya Yadhu and Aaradhya Devi in lead roles. Based on real-life events, *Saree* has garnered significant attention with its promotional material. Initially scheduled for release, the film has been postponed to March 21 due to unforeseen circumstances.
