Film writer and actor Posani Krishna Murali turned emotional and burst into tears when he was produced before the Magistret in Mangalagiri on Wednesday,after the CID police took him into their custody from Kurnool jail, when he was about to be released on bail. In a way he threatened that he would commit suicide if he did not get bail in two days.
Earlier, the AP High Court has dismissed the lunch motion petition filed by jo, in the case of inappropriate comments against CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. Posani filed a lunch motion petition seeking quashing of the PT warrant filed by the CID police.
The PP told the court that the CID police had already arrested Posani from Kurnool by executing the PT warrant. The government lawyer informed the High Court that he was being brought to be produced before the magistrate in Mangalagiri.
With this, the High Court dismissed the petition filed by Posani challenging the CID PT warrant. At the same time, CID officials are moving Posani from Kurnool district jail to Guntur.
The First Additional Junior Civil Judge’s Court granted bail to Posani on Tuesday in a case registered in Adoni, Kurnool district. In this context, the CID police, who brought him directly from Kurnool jail to GGH, conducted medical examinations.
Later, he was taken to the judge’s house in Mangalagiri and presented before him. In this case, lawyers Ponnavol and Poluri Venkata Reddy reached there and presented their arguments on behalf of Posani.
During the hearing of the case, Posani burst into tears before the judge. He made sensational comments saying that if he makes a mistake, he will be cut off. He expressed his grief that he was being harassed at the age of 70.
He lamented that the cases were filed against him out of personal bias. He was moved to tears saying that his health was not good and that he had undergone two operations and had to undergo stunts. He complained before the judge that if he did not get bail within two days, he would commit suicide.
However, after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Magistrate remanded him for 14 days till 26th of this month. With this, the police shifted Posani to Guntur sub-jail.
