Pawan Kalyan demands security for the YCP MLA

Friday, April 19, 2024

The Chief of Janasena, Pawan Kalyan urged the AP state’s DGP to provide security and protect the YSRCP MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy as the ruling party could harm him regarding his dissent.

YSRCP has been facing a tough time from almost seven of its sitting MLAs across the state as they are unhappy with the governance. Among them, Anam Ramanarayana Reddy is the first one to openly comment that YSRCP has fewer chances to win again in 2024. He also made some remarks on no development of AP and other issues which irked the blue camp. Taking a queue, the Nellore rural MLA Sridhar Reddy alleged his own party of tapping his own phone which resulted in a huge backlash from his own colleagues. Within no time, YSRCP sacked these two from their in-charge positions and since then they were harassed indirectly. Anam openly declared that he has been getting threats from YSRCP followers in this regard.

Pawan Kalyan released a press note the other day and condemned the acts of YSRCP by terming them as revenge politics. He went further and stated that if legislature-level people have such fears, one could imagine how worse a commoner can feel under the ruling of Jagan and requested the DGP to provide security to Anam. Pawan added that the phone tapping is insane and questioned the Home Ministry for being silent on this sensational issue. All in all, things are going only south for the ruling party YSRCP which is desperate to gain power again in 2024.
