Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has strongly condemned controversial remarks made by Krishna Raju targeting the women of Amaravati. He accused Krishna Raju of insulting both the women and the region’s historical and spiritual heritage.

Addressing the issue, Pawan Kalyan said, “The comments have demeaned the women of Amaravati and disrespected the Buddhist legacy that flourishes in the region. The historical and spiritual wealth of Amaravati must not be disregarded. Notably, 32% of those who gave land for the capital belong to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, while 14% are from Backward Classes.”

He further alleged that Krishna Raju’s statements, disguised as analysis, are part of a calculated conspiracy against Amaravati. “Strict action is necessary against those plotting against the capital. Both the public and the administration must critically examine such conspiracies. This is a malicious attempt to insult the capital and its women,” Pawan Kalyan asserted.
