BRS Executive President KT Rmarao has accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of committing a new type of massive fraud in the TDR bond issue. He alleged that during his tenure, 400 acres of land in GHMC were acquired through TDR, but now four people belonging to the CM are buying TDR in Hyderabad indiscriminately.
He alleged that the government will take a decision on controlling FSI in the coming days, and after that announcement, insider trading will be done. KTR demanded that the CM release a white paper on TDR and said that the TDR insider scam deserves an ED investigation.
He lamented that BJP leaders are protecting Revanth Reddy in this scam and that’s why Revanth is praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi to avoid arrest. But, he deplored that without knowing this `secret deal’ Kishan Reddy is being criticized by Revanth.
He asked what Revanth Reddy, who has been working with the BJP for 15 months, has brought to Telangana? He recalled that recently Revanth Reddy met the Prime Minister on other issues and sent Sridhar Babu out to talk with him in person.
KTR predicted that he would be called for questioning again from 16th to 27th of this month in the Formula-E affair and play tricks. Those who say that it is wrong to spend Rs. 45 crores on Formula-E, he wondered what benefit the state will get from the Miss World competition with Rs. 200 crores?
He recalled that KCR nominated Dasoju Sravan as an MLC in 2023 itself, but the Governor and BJP stopped him then. But now, he asserted that KCR has given him an opportunity in the MLA quota with an irrefutable answer.
He said that the choice of MLCs is proof that CM Revanth Reddy’s words are not valid in Delhi, and that the cabinet has not been expanded even after 15 months. KTR said that the state’s revenue has gone to a deficit of Rs. 26,000 crores compared to the previous year, which would force the government to reduce the budget by Rs. 40,000 crores and present revised estimates.
