It is known that the Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is making headlines these days with his back-to-back films. After the tremendous success of his recent film Pathaan, Shahrukh Khan is currently busy with his upcoming project Jawan under Atlee’s direction.
This action thriller is previously scheduled for a grand theatrical release in June of this year. But as per the latest buzz, the makers of Jawan have been considering a postponement for the film’s release. Reportedly, Jawan is now eyeing for October release. However, no official announcement has been made by the team unit yet.
Written and directed by the Tamil filmmaker Atlee, Jawan stars Shahrukh Khan in a dual role while Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and others will be portrayed in prominent roles.
Interestingly, this film marks the Bollywood debut of the South lady superstar and Atlee. Also, the star actors like Thalapathy Vijay, Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt are making a special cameo in the film.
Music sensation Anirudh Ravichander is working on the strings of the film while G. K Vishnu and Ruben are handling the cinematography and editing works of Jawan. Bankrolled by Gauri Khan under the prestigious production house Red Chillies Entertainment, Jawan is currently filming in the locations of Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Aurangabad.
