The makers of Peddi, the upcoming film starring Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, recently unveiled a glimpse that has captured widespread attention—particularly a cricket sequence featuring the lead actor. The shot has gone viral on social media and is now being popularly referred to as the “Peddi shot” among fans and sports enthusiasts.
In a recent interview, director Buchi Babu credited stunt choreographer Navakanth for conceptualising and designing the now-trending cricket shot. “Navakanth master designed that entire sequence. He deserves full credit for making it stand out,” the director stated.
Sharing his experience from the day the glimpse was released, Buchi Babu added, “I was at Charan’s house when it dropped. Chiranjeevi Sir was also present. I was anxious about how he would react. But after watching it, he said it looked great. That moment will always remain a special memory for me.”
Peddi marks a much-anticipated collaboration between Ram Charan and Buchi Babu Sana and is expected to feature high emotional and action content with a sports backdrop.
