The opposition party chief Chandrababu Naidu has slammed the Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan for making the state slip to 14th position in foreign directive investment flow. The DPIIT which is called the Department for promoting trade and internal trade under the Union government has released the rankings of all the states in terms of attracting FDI.

CBN has lambasted saying that the chief minister has utterly failed in attracting the FDI and seeing the position of AP has literally made him upset. CBN recalled that Andhra Pradesh always used to be in the top 5 in attracting the FDI’s the country and now it has reached an extent where not even a single investor is confident in investing in A.P. CBN opined that Jagan is listed as the richest chief minister in the country and he is only bothered about his financial growth rather than state prospects. He also added that CM is in no way concerned about creating jobs for unemployed youth and drawing investments to the state.

CBN ridiculed the ruling party for its efficient work in attracting FDI and said that it’s competing with the north-eastern states which are smaller both in size and population.
