Bollywood actor Aamir Khan named the daughter of actor Vishnu Vishal and former badminton champion Jwala Gutta during a private ceremony held in Hyderabad. The couple announced that their daughter has been named “Meera,” a name chosen by Aamir Khan, which signifies “peace” and “unconditional love.”
Vishnu Vishal shared the news on social media on Sunday, posting a family photograph with Aamir Khan and expressing gratitude for his presence. “Thank you, Aamir sir, for coming all the way from Mumbai to Hyderabad to name our daughter. ‘Meera’ means peace and unconditional love. Our journey with Aamir sir has been truly special,” Vishnu wrote.
Aamir Khan travelled to Hyderabad specifically for the occasion and met the family on Sunday. The visit followed his appearance at Kanha Shanti Vanam on Saturday. The naming ceremony was attended by close friends and family, and the announcement has since drawn congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities alike.
Vishnu Vishal and Jwala Gutta were married on April 22, 2021. Coincidentally, their daughter was born on their third wedding anniversary on April 22 this year. According to industry sources, Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal have maintained a close personal bond since the time Aamir stayed at Vishnu’s Chennai residence during his mother’s medical treatment.
