Looks like, Puri is looking forward to changing the making style of Telugu films. If you look into statistics of making movies by directors in Telugu, 15 years back, Raghavendra Rao, Kodandarami Reddy, Dasari Naraya Rao were able to helm 5 to 6 films in a year. After that we have not seen any director making 3 to 4 films in a year. Lastly Kodi Ramakrishna who was seen directing films at past pace. For last 15 years, there is no director in Telugu who can make movies in quick session. Now Puri Jagannath who is announcing his movies in a quick session. 2012 is the illustration; he announced four movies to release in this year. Businessman was already released and Devudi Chesina Manushulu will be hitting the theaters on July 27. His undershoot film Cameraman Gnaga tho Rambabu is released on October 18. Pre-production stage film with Allu Arjun is readied for December 21st.

Wrapping up shoot in a short span of time is useful in many ways either for technicians or artistes. Even one film will not do better at box-office; they do not bother as the next is soon to release. Another asset is technicians and labor who works at the sets will have 365 days work. So obviously it is helpful for all.

Puri is the director who has uncanny knack of making films undoubtedly.
